Pascale Helyar-Moray OAM brings over 25 years of financial services marketing and brand-building expertise. Her background includes holding senior marketing positions at leading companies such as JPMorgan Asset Management, BT Financial Group, and BNP Paribas. Pascale’s exceptional leadership and expertise has been recognised through a number of awards over the years, most recently the Female Fintech Leader in the Annual FinTech Awards 2024.
Her commitment to addressing the gender pay gap and superannuation disparity is unwavering. She founded Grow My Money, a groundbreaking platform designed to empower women who take career breaks to contribute to their long-term financial security. Through Grow My Money, members can earn cash back from a wide array of major Australian brands, directing it towards their mortgage or superannuation account. Pascale’s notable contributions have earned her the Medal of the Order of Australia in the Australia Day 2024 Honours List for her dedication to business and women’s affairs. An esteemed author, Pascale has authored Rich Woman, Poor Woman: From overwhelm to in control – how to plan for your financial security, which will be available in stores in November.
With recent advisory roles at ResMed Ventures, Investment NSW and NSW Government, Vellum ESG, the University of Sydney Genesis program and the Australian Gender Equality Council, Pascale’s impact extends beyond the financial realm. Based in Sydney, she continues to make significant strides in empowering women and improving financial literacy.

Pascale Helyar-Moray OAM is an award-winning entrepreneur who uses innovation as a means to solve big-picture problems. With a focus on gender equality and superannuation, backed by extensive experience in financial services, leadership and entrepreneurship, Pascale has founded, and advised startups, taking a number of them through to exit. She is the founder of Grow My Money, a world-first platform enabling users to turn their shopping into mortgage or superannuation savings. Passionate about gender equality, Pascale served as Director of Communications for the Australian Gender Equality Council, and remains an Ambassador. For her services to business and to women’s affairs, Pascale was awarded an Order of the Medal of Australia in the Australia Day Honours List 2024. Previously Pascale held senior marketing roles for JPMorgan Asset Management, BT Financial Group and BNP Paribas. Her recent advisory experience includes ResMed Ventures, Investment NSW and NSW Government and the University of Sydney Genesis program. She has just written her first book, ‘Rich Woman, Poor Woman’.
